Our fabulous on-the-cusp style contributor, Sydney Farris, shares with you today her favorite recipe to prepare…easy pumpkin muffins. These are delicious, and it’s hard to eat just one!
Easy Pumpkin MuffinsCourse: Breakfast, Brunch
Moist vanilla cake mix (with added ingredients as directed)
1 can puréed pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice or more to taste
- Follow the directions for the cake mix and add in pumpkin and spices. The pumpkin purée will make the muffins extra moist. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake as directed.
