Brownie Dulce de Leche S’mores

Brownie Dulce De Leche S’mores

Ingredients

  • Pizelle Italian waffle cookies

  • Brownies (use a mix or make your own)

  • Marshmallows

  • Dulce de leche (purchase pre-made or make your own ahead of time)

Directions

  • Bake brownies ahead of time. Cool and use a round biscuit cutter to cut brownies into circles.
  • Roast the marshmallows over the fire.
  • Assemble the s’mores by layering a pizelle cookie, a round brownie and a roasted marshmallow. Spoon dulce de leche over the marshmallows and top with another pizelle cookie.
