I love spring! Each day I’m greeted by new buds and blossoms. I enjoy the feeling of renewal that comes with the season.

Exploring Nantucket

In this issue, we feature the island charms of Nantucket. Enjoy the Gardens article about a seaside “secret garden” on the South Shore of the island and learn about the best places to eat, stay, shop, and play in our City Guide. We also spotlight a quintessential New England home, award-winning for its thoughtful renovation and historic preservation.

Bek Mitchell-Kidd shares how the Nantucket Artists Association has been supporting fine art on the island for over 75 years. This organization is dedicated to promoting island artists, providing art education, and collecting Nantucket’s art history.

Food + Entertaining

Entertaining editor Tam Dobrowski shares a lovely, seasonal celebration featuring the best of spring’s produce. Enjoy these delicious recipes as you take advantage of the longer days. You will love the Burst Tomato Sauce served with a Cucumber Tequila Cooler!

Beauty + Style

And don’t miss Beauty Editor Lesley Downey’s primer on lashes as well as some of spring’s best and brightest fashions in our Style section.

Holding On To Hope

In a time of great sadness and despair for many people around the world, one thing that we can all hold on to is hope. Desmond Tutu wrote, “Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.” I hope that things will get better for our country and the world.

Best,

Blair Farris, Peachy Publisher and Editor in Chief

I’m interested in the two large pillows on either end of the sofa. Where might I find them?
