The hyacinth bulbs and daffodils are sprouting up. The redbud and cherry trees are in full bloom and the skies are Carolina blue. Spring is my favorite time of the year, bringing joy after the dark, cold winter. I always have a renewed burst of creativity in the spring.

Be sure to check out the classic southern river house we feature. The beautiful home was expanded and updated to accommodate a family with three young girls. The stunning river room, an all-white, double-height space, is flooded with natural light and endless views of the St. Johns River.

Experience a lovely, outdoor bridesmaids luncheon in our Entertaining section that is sure to inspire your spring gatherings. The recipes include a colorful salmon salad, delicious muffins and other sweet treats.
