This smoothie is antioxidant-rich and encourages healthy hair, skin and nails. Try it with an additional cup of coconut water instead of almond milk and skip the stevia for a more refreshing and lighter version.
Ingredients for one large smoothie:
1 cup coconut water
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 lemon juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4-6 drops stevia
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender (we like the Vitamix Professional Series 200). Enjoy!
