Parsley and Panko-Crusted Goat Cheese Ball

servingsThis goat cheese ball is a great base recipe. In addition to a parsley and panko-crusted cheese ball, coat one with crushed pistachios and flavor the other with dill and lemon zest, then coat with slivered almonds. You can also use the ingredients you have on hand or flavors you enjoy.
Ingredients
8 ounces goat cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Salt and pepper
½ cup panko crumbs
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
Directions
- In a bowl, mix cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper together. Use your hands to form the mixture into a ball. Mix panko and Italian parsley together then roll the cheese ball in the mixture until the outside is covered completely.
- Serve with crostini or crackers.
