Ingredients
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil, roughly chopped
Dash of sugar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Burrata (the creamy texture spreads easily on crostini)
Pesto, store-bought or homemade
- For the crostini (or store-bought)
French bread, sliced
Olive oil
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine tomatoes, basil, sugar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- To make the crostini: Brush olive oil on both sides of sliced bread and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake at 300 degrees for 15–20 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with burrata, pesto, and plenty of crostini.
