Our Peachy family gathered for a wonderful soirée to kick off the holiday season. We shared our favorite holiday appetizers and sides. Today Blair Farris, our fabulous Publisher and Editor in Chief, shares with you her favorite dish to make over the holidays…Peachy’s Cranberry Relish! It has a great Texas twist with jalapeños, cilantro and lime. You’ll have to try it!
Peachy’s Cranberry Relish
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Juice of 3 large limes (give or take)
1 jalapeño or more to taste
- Pulse all in a food processor until very small but not completely puréed. Drain excess liquid so it is not runny. Serve with turkey for dinner or spread on sandwiches for lunch. Can also be served on cream cheese with crackers as an appetizer.
