Tiffany is the founder and creator of Tribe Studio and Tribe Stream in Jupiter, FL. Just 20 miles north of Palm Beach, Jupiter is home to quaint neighborhoods, good schools, lots of community engagement, and stunning beaches. With the help of her husband and three children, Tiffany opened a studio in 2018 as a way of providing a variety-based program in her community where all modalities in the group fitness industry are offered under one roof. Classes at Tribe range from kickboxing and HIIT to yoga and barre—and everything in between. Tribe’s Instructor and Service Team is the best (and friendliest) in Palm Beach County and trained to be creative and passionate all while teaching in sync and to the beat. The studio boasts white-washed suspended wood floors, colorful LED lights, eye-catching chandeliers, and a cutting-edge sound system in a high-end, spa-style space. Tiffany’s passion is to provide an unmatched and results-driven fitness program in an atmosphere that matches the quality of the product.
As many businesses did in 2020, Tribe Studio pivoted to the virtual space and created Tribe Stream. This online platform houses 60 workouts that are recorded while classes are in-session to give participants (at home) the feeling of being right in step with the class. The fitness formats and instructors change and rotate on a regular basis, so users get the same benefits of variety, muscle-confusion, and creativity while working out in their own private spaces.
