Even with the leaves changing and temperatures dropping, it is still surprising to me that we are halfway through November! Fall is such a beautiful time of the year, and I’m looking forward to fires, warm drinks and cashmere sweaters.
Food + Entertaining
We have all your holiday needs covered in this issue. Tamberlyn, our entertaining editor, has pulled together the perfect sides for a delicious holiday meal. This year’s recipe collection celebrates seasonal flavors with a fresh twist. From the bright Persimmon and Pomegranate Salad with Arugula and Hazelnuts to the rich Mushroom and Herb Gravy with Apple Brandy, each dish brings warmth and elegance to the table. Add a touch of citrus with the quick 15-Minute Orange Cranberry Sauce, and end on a sweet note with the show-stopping Butterscotch-Glazed Pumpkin Bundt Cake. You’ll want to put the bundt cake on your list. It is to die for—I gobbled down a piece at our photoshoot. One of the pleasures of my job is that I always get to be the taster.
