Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces gin (Hendrick’s pairs well)

  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)

  • 3 ounces prosecco, chilled

  • 1 ounces soda water or sparkling water

  • 4–5 slices cucumber

  • 2–3 cucumber ribbons, for garnish

  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

  • Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice cubes.
  • Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, and cucumber slices to shaker. Muddle and strain into glass.
  • Top with prosecco and soda water or sparkling water.
  • Stir gently to combine. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and mint leaves.

Notes

  • Use a vegetable peeler to create long, thin cucumber ribbons and place them against the inside of the glass for a sophisticated look.
  • Gently clap the mint leaves between your hands before adding to release their aroma.
