2 ounces bourbon
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce honey syrup (3 parts honey : 1 part water)
2–3 pineapple chunks
Directions
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake hard.
- Strain into glass filled with ice.
- Grate cinnamon on top.
