When the trees and flowers start to bloom and the weather turns warm, I am always motivated to host a party. Who doesn’t love an excuse to get friends together and enjoy the start of spring? Palomas are always a hit—they are easy to make and can be prepared in batches for your guests to serve themselves at the bar. I like to keep the appetizers simple and delicious, offering a few to accommodate different tastes. Choose one or two of these suggestions and add in your own favorites. Set a date and start off spring with a wonderful party your friends will love!
